Hello again friends of the Waterfront Depot! We've officially made it through our first summer as the new owners, and while I wouldn't advise having your 6th baby and buying a restaurant in the same calendar year, we are still standing and had a blast navigating the craziness of the summer rush at the Depot! For those of you who braved the crowds, the busy reservation telephone line and the muggy heat of 50+ people packed into an old train depot...thank you! For those of you who steer clear of the restaurant during the summer months...we've missed you and are eager to see your smiling faces again! Welcome to the 100's of new subscribers who signed up for the newsletter while dining with us this summer! One of our favorite things since buying the restaurant this past February has been the opportunity to begin to know and build relationships with our employees.
